One, two, Peek-A-Boo

You see me, and I see you.

Time to play Peek-A-Boo.

One, two, Peek-A-Boo

You see me, and I see you.

I see your hair, yes I do.

Time to play Peek-A-Boo.

Activities:

Lap Song: Put your child in your lap facing you.  On the first line, ā€œOne two Peek-a-boo,ā€ cover your eyes and remove them for ā€œpeek-a-boo.ā€  Point to your child, then at yourself for ā€œyou see me,ā€ and the opposite for ā€œand I see you.ā€   Point to the part on his/her face on the next line, then cover your eyes again and remove them for the last line.  You can take suggestions- ā€œwhatā€™s another part of your face?ā€ and repeat, such as eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, chin, forehead, etc.

Anatomy/ Color in the Picture: Color the picture of ā€œPeek-a-Booā€ in the coloring page, using this opportunity to teach your child about anatomy by pointing to different parts of the body on the coloring book page and have your child color them in.
